Lee Rogers brings approximately 25 years of mortgage and real estate experience to The Herd Lending, serving homebuyers and homeowners in St. Johns, Jacksonville, and throughout Northeast Florida. His background includes loan origination, underwriting, and real estate sales, giving him a well-rounded understanding of home financing—from the first conversation to the closing table.

Lee helps clients explore conventional, FHA, and VA loans for home purchases, as well as refinancing, cash-out refinancing, and home equity lines of credit (HELOCs). Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, financing a move to a new home, or discussing options to access home equity, he focuses on finding financing that fits each client’s needs and goals.
